NARS & Too Cool For School Highlighter

NARS Illuminator in Laguna -now replaced with NARS Liquid Bronzer (Left)

Although the NARS Illuminator is described as a liquid, I think it is slightly thicker than what you'd expect. This product is very blendable and pigmented. I think it works best as a bronzer or mixed with foundation for a dewy bronzed look. As always, my favorite way to apply this is with a beauty blender, especially if you are using it for subtle contouring.

NARS Illuminator in Copacabana (Middle)

This illuminator is the same formula as above. I typically use this after foundation and it applies well. I apply it on my cheekbones, inner corners of my eyes, brow bone and cupid's bow. I start by using my fingers then blend with a beauty blender.

Too Cool for School Dinoplatz Pearl Bay Invasion Highlighter in Pink Clam (right)

is not as thick as the NARS illuminator. I'd consider it more subtle than NARS. Because it's less pigmented, it's almost fool-proof. You cannot really apply it incorrectly. The formula contains olive oil, rosehip oil, peppermint oil, avocado oil, bamboo extract, cactus extract and argan oil to hydrate the skin.
